What’s included: 1:1 telehealth visit with a licensed Nurse Practitioner Full medical evaluation for weight loss treatment GLP-1 medication eligibility assessment (semaglutide, tirzepatide if appropriate) Personalized treatment plan based on your goals Lab review and ordering (if needed) What happens next: If you’re a candidate, you’ll continue with a monthly care plan ($199/month) that includes ongoing support, medication management, and progress tracking. Medication costs are separate and depend on your treatment plan and pharmacy. We can send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy or coordinate with a trusted partner pharmacy for convenience.
